All Sales Are Final
All items from 1 Stop Shop Customz are custom-made. Because each product is created specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed.
This includes:

Custom shirts, hoodies, sweaters

Custom tumblers

Custom blankets
-
Memorial/photo items
-
Business branding
-
Any personalized design
Exceptions (If We Are at Fault)
We will remake or replace your order only if:

The item arrives damaged

We made a mistake (wrong size, misspelling not submitted by customer, incorrect design, etc.)
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of the packaging
-
Your order number
If the carrier caused the damage, we will help file a claim and replace the item if approved.
What Is NOT Eligible for Refund or Replacement
Refunds/replacements will NOT be issued for:

Wrong size chosen by customer

Incorrect spelling/details the customer submitted

Shipping delays caused by USPS/UPS

Change of mind after ordering
-
“I don’t like it” after custom work is done

Color differences due to screen variations

Customer ordering the wrong product

Missing the turnaround time information

Turnaround Time
Custom orders take 2–4 weeks total from design to delivery.
Rush orders may be available for an extra fee.
Carrier delays are outside of our control and are not refundable.
