Welcome to 1 Stop Shop Customz. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to the Terms of Service below.

1. Custom Orders

All products are custom-made based on the details you provide.
Because of this:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed

  • All sales are final

  • We rely on the information you submit (names, photos, spelling, colors, sizes, etc.)

We are not responsible for customer errors or incorrect details submitted during ordering.

2. Turnaround & Shipping

Custom orders require 2–4 weeks from design to delivery.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Shipping delays by USPS/UPS are outside of our control and not refundable.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after shipment.

3. Damage or Shop Error

We will replace or remake an item only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, OR

  • We made a mistake (wrong item, misspelling not submitted by customer, incorrect design)

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

No refunds will be given for:

  • Wrong size chosen

  • Wrong details submitted

  • Change of mind

  • Color variations

  • Shipping delays

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload:

  • Copyrighted images you do not own

  • Offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to refuse service if content violates our standards.

5. Payments

Payment is due at checkout.
We may refuse or limit orders at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on this site belong to 1 Stop Shop Customz and may not be used without permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply immediately once posted.
