π¦ Processing & Production Time
All custom orders require 2β4 weeks from the time your design is created to the time it ships.
This includes:

Design creation
-
Personalization
-
Printing
-
Quality check
-
Packaging
π§‘ Rush orders may be available for an additional fee β please contact us BEFORE ordering.
π Shipping Time
After production is complete, shipping typically takes:

3β7 business days (domestic U.S.)

Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume seasons.
Shipping carriers include USPS or UPS depending on the item.
Shipping time is separate from production time.
π¬ Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24β48 hours for the tracking to update.
π§ Carrier Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by USPS/UPS

Packages marked as delivered but not received

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Weather-related delays

Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
If your package is lost or delayed, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
We will assist when possible, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier issues.

If your item arrives damaged:
You MUST contact us within 48 hours with:

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of the packaging

Your order number
If the damage was caused during transit, we will help file a claim and send a replacement if approved.
π Wrong Address Entered
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If returned to us, you will be responsible for paying new shipping fees.
